OOC: Christmas Party

Okay so I should be writing a paper but I like procrastinating and anyway it's only 2-3 pages so I can get away with wasting a little more time.

What Lisa was alluding to in her post for the current event was my plan for a Christmas party at Clara's house. Because Clara doesn't want to abandon all her friends for Christmas and she can't bring them all with her to Aquroya. So she's going to go home for her birthday and come back and have a Christmas party at the château and EVERYONE'S INVITED. It's an open house, you can even bring npc's, so long as they know someone else at the party.

The key is, I know Christmas time is a busy time for all of us, so there's no way we could possibly organize a log. My thought was we could do it as a series of threads, with different posts for different rooms in the house; people could wander in and out at will, and join whichever threads they felt like, and we could just say "Timeline, What Timeline?" Also, to give people enough time to participate, I thought we might have this last a week in Real Life Time, even though in RP Time it would only cover Christmas night. I'd like some input on when would be the best time to have this... before Christmas? After Christmas? Encompassing Christmas? Please comment with questions, comments, input on when the event should be, etc.

Not really - I could do before Christmas. The only thing giving me a reason not to is the fact that I'm taking my driving test on the 22nd. Even so, I don't think it would really affect my ability to RP, especially since we're not doing it as a log ... So yeah, I'm not really that fussed about when this happens. Just so long as I don't end up staying up incredibly late on the 21st ... :)

either way, i think i'll be okay. before christmas might be a bit easier, but i think i'm good for after as well. ^_^

mmmmmmmm... i'd say from the 23rd to the 25th or 26th might be the worst days for me. any other day is kinda up in the air for me, but they should be more or less free.
