omg_fmaTomorrow (August 20), everyone in Central will speak in tongues for a day.
What does that mean, exactly?
We mods have debated long and hard and decided to leave that up to you. The idea is a failure to communicate. Some characters should only speak a foreign language no one understands. Some characters should not be able to understand anything that anyone else says, despite the language. Envy is going to only speak in rhyming coupletsbecause I am a masochist. Be creative! The point is, don't underestimate the importance of BODY LANGUAGE~!

If your character speaks gibberish, they're fucked. ...Also, he won't know he's doing it... everything sounds like Amestrian to him. ...And he will still fail at grammar.
Clara will understand anything said to her, but will only speak gibberish. No one will be able to understand her. Which will confuse her, since she also thinks everything she hears or says is Amestrian.
