OOC: FYI

Okay, so it's come up twice already, so I thought I would make a unilateral decision and announce it to everybody. From now on, assume any weird dimensional happenings that occur in IC!Central also occur in OOC!Central and OOC!Movie!Central (T!Ed, P!Al, and L!Winry's dimension). These three dimensions are pressed so closely together at Central that people in the know can move from one to the other at will, and people not in the know do so frequently by accident. In effect they're one city... even the governments work together to a certain degree. ...I think OOC!Movie!Central must be harder to get to, because not very many characters have traveled to/from there. But it's possible.

So yeah... when weird things happen, it's in all three dimensions. This includes the rain of fish and the speaking in tongues incident.
