Today, September 10, it rains. But the rain falls up. Water leaks out of the ground and falls upwards into the clouds. It's as if gravity is reversed... but just for rain. Any objects in the way (houses, trees, people) will cause the rain to collect on or run along the bottom of it, before continuing to fall up.
